Can I link my site that is not related to art?
Yes, any site that meets our requirements (outlined below) can be linked for free using the free zone.
Meanwhile, the premium zone is intended for artists, painters, photographers and related businesses.
The content of any website will be reviewed before accepting the ad/logo/image. Only upon cleared funds being paid
will the ad/logo/image appear. Site (keywords and link image or hover banner-image) content which will be rejected
includes, but is not limited to, pornography/sites with offensive content, warez sites, drugs & illegal drug stores, anything
deemed illegal by our staff. If site content changes to include these items, your link will be removed with no refunds.
Can I submit a banner with my paid application?
Yes, with each paid application you receive a right to submit a hover banner-image that will appear
when people hover the cursor over the image displayed on our homepage.
Your hover banner -image should be in GIF, JPG or PNG format and should be of a reasonable size.
Hover banner-images in the premium zone are limited to 400 blocks. No banners with free links!
Can I change my image or link?
Once submitted, your images and link cannot be changed, except by repurchasing new space. Upon request,
links can be removed from the site. Your email address you initially gave can only be changed with notification
from your original email address, to prevent impersonation or fraud. In line with above you must keep a current
email address registered with us.
Special exceptions to these rules may be considered, please contact us. Our decision is final.
Will you correct my mistakes after my images are placed on your website?
You must check all details before submitting your application. Mistakes will only be corrected for advertisements
of six blocks or more. Please note that in line with above, this is a mistake correction service, not an update service
(this refers to typos, not complete changes etc).
Our decision upon your request for correction is final.
What happens if my link becomes dead?
We reserve the right to remove dead links for pages (with no refund or warning).
If I bought my pixels from you will I own any part of your website?
A purchase of pixels is only a purchase of the space. You do not own any of the website itself.
Our duties are limited to solely displaying your image, with link, on our website.
Will you change your pricing policy?
We reserve the right to alter prices for advertising space based upon demand, however this will not affect
any already placed orders, or any old orders. |
